Assisted Living Caregiver

We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time CNA or Universal Worker to support our residents with daily living needs, dining services, light housekeeping, and activities. This role is key in creating a safe, welcoming environment while building meaningful connections with residents and their families. There are also opportunities for advancement as a medication aide for those who qualify.

Compensation:

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
• $2.00 per hour shift differential for evening and night shifts
• Paid training

Qualifications:

• Compassion for working with older adults
• Dependable, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Experience in senior living or caregiving is helpful, but we will train the right person
