As the Full Time Dietary Manager at Birkwood Village you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Dietary Department. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of food service employees, ensuring proper staffing levels, implementing nutrition guidelines, creating menus, and handling food ordering. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining storage areas, enforcing sanitation standards, and monitoring staff hygiene practices.

Requirements
The knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Certification is a plus but not required. Must be willing to become certified if selected. Minimum of 2yrs experience in Food Services Management and /or LTC (Long Term Care) preferred.
