Are you looking to join a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our long-term care/skilled therapy residents? We are currently seeking an Activities Director who will live and reflect our values of compassion, excellence, inclusion, integrity, and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Activities programs and budgets. Plans, develops, coordinates, and evaluates a diversified activities program seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, within budgetary guidelines.
• Develop and revise the department policies and procedures. Maintains current knowledge of facility policies and procedures and operates the Activities Program in compliance with all regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Oversees and directs resident activities and schedules.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation (CTRS) preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in social or recreational programs within the past five years, preferably in long-term care.
