Director of Nursing – Assisted Living and Memory Care

Birkwood Village of Fort Madison is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing for Assisted Living and Memory Support. This is a unique leadership opportunity to make a difference every day while working in a supportive, values-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans for tenants
• Oversee clinical services and ensure high-quality care delivery
• Train, support, and delegate tasks to care team members
• Manage and monitor medication administration
• Act as a liaison with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners

What You’ll Need:

• Current Iowa RN license
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior services preferred
