Birkwood Village of Fort Madison is looking for highly motivated and skilled Respiratory Therapists to join our team. We are home to a 13-bed ventilator unit specializing in cardiopulmonary care for patients who are ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent, as well as those managing a variety of respiratory diseases and conditions.

Job Type: PRN, Full-Time, or Part-Time

Shifts Available: All shifts open for PRN. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are currently being sought for nights.

Base Pay: $34.00/hour, plus experience pay. Shift differential available for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of pulmonary diseases
• Provide tracheostomy care and ventilator management
• Administer oxygen therapy and monitor patient response
• Support rehabilitation and ventilator weaning
• Provide nocturnal support with CPAP/BiPAP
• Complete daily documentation
