Available at our Tama Toledo & Fort Madison Campuses
Our specialized memory support is available in both our Tama / Toledo and Fort Madison locations. Our program provides person-centered care. We create a care plan that manages all healthcare needs and offers reminders while still encouraging independence and sense of purpose. Our recreation program invites tenants to participate in organized and one-on-one activities that meet their interests and keep tenants busy. Our snack and hydration program ensures calorie intake and reduces dehydration that’s all too common in those living with dementia.
We are also firm believers that developing interventions to help reduce frustration and behaviors is far better than managing symptoms with medication. If you are a caregiver of someone living with dementia, you don’t have to do this alone.
Memory support pricing is all-inclusive. Dementia is a progressive disease so we hope to provide peace of mind to families, knowing the cost will not increase due to needs changing.
Services provided in memory support include:
- 3 meals daily
- Hydration program
- Medication management
- Bathing assistance
- Assistance with or cueing for activities of daily living
- 24/7 nursing assistance
- Daily life enrichment programs
- Housekeeping/laundry service (includes bedding)
