Since February is the month for Valentine's and is often full of sweets, we thought we'd share this amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe. Just remember, if you make it we want to try one! 

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever-Recipe

Ingredients:

3 ¼ cups flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cups unsalted butter semi-melted

1 ¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 egg

1 egg yolk

2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet_

¼ cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.

Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.  Blend in egg and yolk then vanilla

With a wooden spoon stir in flour mixture until just combined (do not over mix) then add chocolate chips and milk. 

Using a cookie scoop, drop onto lined cookie sheets and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.  If making large cookies, add additional minutes.

Let cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container, if you don’t eat them right away. :-)
