Memory Support Open House

We are proud to bring to Tama-Toledo a unique Memory Support community! Despite challenges that come with an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis, we have witnessed first-hand how, with the right support, individuals with this disease can continue to enjoy meaningful lives full of joy!  We invite you to join us for an open house to meet our staff and see our amazing community. 

Tours will be provided and we will be sharing how each element that has been incorporated is purposeful in helping individuals with memory loss live a meaningful lifestyle.
